The Vatican Museums house some of the world’s most beautiful and culturally significant art. Few museums in the world have the potential to be so moving to its visitors, yet few museums are as difficult and frustrating to navigate as well.
The palace has an estimated 1,400 rooms, chapels, and galleries, most of which are a part of the Vatican Library and Museums. The enormous amount of paintings, sculptures and other works located inside can easily become overwhelming for even the most well-traveled visitor.
Home of the Sistine Chapel and Raphael rooms, this Museum is undoubtedly one of the symbol of Western culture and a unique site to appreciate the genius of artists like Michelangelo, Raffaello, Bernini, Giotto and many others.
The tour will end with a walking in the St. Peter's Cathedral ( occasionally this access can be limited or closed), then you will exit on the beatiful square.

This is great place to have a meal in Rome. The outdoor terrace is beautiful and the menu and food is great. Very classic Roman. Pasta's, great fish and desserts. Super service. Its a short cab ride to the hotel. You can easily walk back. Its near the Spanish Steps and from there you're a 15 minute walk to the Baglioni.

Meet your guide and your driver at your hotel and transfer to Piazza del Popolo, to start your visit of the heart of Rome
Discover the incredible city built by Popes and thanks to the talents of Bernini, Borromini, Michelangelo, Cellini and many others. In the seventeenth century, the city of Rome became the consummate statement of Catholic majesty and triumph expressed in all the arts. Start from Piazza del Popolo, walk along Via del Corso, then see Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the Italian Parliament.
You will begin your discovery walking in Piazza di Spagna, places of the famous staircase of Spanish Steps leading to Trinita' dei Monti.
Piazza di Spagna has long been the Anglo-American center of Rome; the British Consul used to have his office here, and the brick Anglican church lies just a few blocks down Via del Babuino.
By walking a short distance we will arrive at Trevi Fountain, the Baroque style fountain where, as the legend says, you can toss the coin to ensure that you will one day return to Rome!
really beautiful is the Parliament or “Palazzo Montecitorio”, the seat of the Italian Chamber of Deputies. The building was originally designed by Gian Lorenzo Bernini for the young Cardinal Ludovico Ludovisi, nephew of Pope Gregory XV. It was completed by the architect Carlo Fontana, who modified Bernini's plan with the addition of a bell gable above the main entrance. 
After, we will enter the beautiful Baroque church Saint Ignazio and experience an optical illusion frescoed on the ceiling by Andrea Pozzo, a master of perspective. Here you will find a celebrated cafè where is served the best espresso coffee in the city.
Next stop is Pantheon, first a Ancient temple in Rome, then transformed in a church. Here you will be astonished by its architectural technique secrets, by the big open hole in the ceiling and you will see the important funeral monuments of the Italian Kings and of the painter Raphael.
Just a few minutes and you will find San Luigi dei Francesi church, with the unique Chapel of Saint Matthew decorated by the genius of Caravaggio (please note this is closed on Thursday afternoons). The tour will end in Piazza Navona, one of the most beautiful squares of Rome where in the center stands the huge Four Rivers Fountain, the Baroque masterpiece designed by the artist Bernini.
At the end of the tour, meet your driver and return to your hotel*.

This is a Roman institution and a thowback to the Dolce Vita. The food is a mix of Tuscan and Roman. I order without looking at the menu. Appitzers: Stuffed Zuchini flowers, Grilled porcini mushrooms (incredible), Artichokes, fresh Mozzarella. Great spaghetti pomodoro with basil, or tagliatelle pasta with mushroom.  Excellent baby lamb chops - Fruit for dessert - fresh cherries or wild strawberries (Fragola di Bosco). When you walk out of the hotel, make a right and walk down the via Veneto till you get to Piazza Barberini. The street is just to the left of the Hotel Bernini Bristol. (a 10 minute walk at most) Dress Casual.

A tour designed to discover the ancient imperial Rome. In the hearth of the city it’s possible to relive the power of Rome through its most important monuments such as the Coliseum. The Flavian Amphitheatre, built by the Emperor Vespasian, was the venue for the games that took place in ancient Rome. Very famous were the gladiator fights, usually performed slaves or prisoners of war, trained with the aim of ferociously and bravely fighting in order to regain their freedom.
The visit include the magnificent Palatino, where is located the Roman Forum, for centuries the ancient Romans' point of reference in terms of the law, religion, and social life. Also known as Forum Magnum or simply Forum, it was located in the little valley between the Palatine Hill and the Campidoglio.
At the end, return to your hotel with your private driver.

Meet your driver at the Hotel Lobby for your transfer to your next accomodation in Sorrento.

This is wonderful restaurant / hotel with incredible views and great food.
You should get there a little early to enjoy a glass of vino and just soak in the incredible killer view looking out on Capri. This is a special place. Dress is casual, just no shorts.  They asked that you give them a call to reconfirm when you arrive in Rome. When you call ask them to have a car pick you up at your hotel in Sorrento. Its a 30 Euro ride each way and much better then taking a cab. 

Pick-up from your hotel and transfer to the port and meet your Skipper with the private “Gozzo”: a typical boat from Sorrento area.
Departure to Capri, sailing along the Sorrento Coast. Along the way you will admire: the ancient fishermen village of “Marina Piccola”, the ruins of a roman villa near “Bagni della Regina Giovanna”, the natural waterfall that flows from the rock, and other interesting attractions along the coast.
Arrival to Capri and tour of the island by boat along the way you will admire the Natural Arch, the Villa Curzio Malaparte, the Faraglioni rocks and the Lighthouse of Punta Carena.
You can stop for swimming and snorkeling, and a relaxing break with snacks and drinks offered on board.
Time for lunch. Meet your guide in Capri and say goodbye to the Skipper.
The guide will take you to a restaurant where a table is reserved for you . After lunch continue your visit of Capri. Walk with the guide along hidden streets and discover the vibrant views that  suddenly appear. Continue to Anacapri by private car and enjoy the visit of a magnificent villa, named after the Swedish doctor Axel Munthe: Villa San Michele or Villa Axel Munthe.
Return to Marina Grande and with the guide take the Hydrofoil to Sorrento

On the way you will stop in Pompeii for a 2 hrs guided visit of the ancient town.
The most famous archaeological site in Italy is Pompei, destroyed by the eruption of the Vesuvius in 79 b.C.
Visiting Pompei is an unforgettable experience: it was an important commercial center and today, nearly 2,000 years later, offer visitors the opportunity to see how a city was at the time, because the lava allowed  to the city to holds up to us. Your visit will include Villa dei Misteri, built in the first half of the 1th century b.C., with its frescoes depicting the initiation to the Dionysian Mysteries.
At the end of the visit continue to Naples Centrale rail Station.
